General entry requirements for
VET Courses

Applicants must be minimum 18 years of age at the time of commencement

Successful completion of Australian Equivalent Year 12 qualification

Must satisfy Pre-enrolment Review  Assessment

Applicants should have basic computer and MS Office or Google Apps skills

IELTS score of 5.5 (scored within the last 2 calendar years) or PTE score of 42 or its
equivalent

Applicants must complete The One Int'l. College Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test

07

Have a valid Student visa status which allows them to study in Australia in Vocational
levels

Procedure

Assessment and Offer

Accept the Offer

  • Usually, you will be required to pay a deposit or provide proof of financial capacity to cover your tuition fees and living expenses.

Receive Confirmation of Enrollment (CoE)

  • Once you have accepted the offer and paid the required fees, the college will issue you a Confirmation of Enrollment (CoE) document.
  • The CoE is necessary to apply for a student visa.

Apply for a Student Visa

  • Apply for a student visa through the Australian Department of Home Affairs.
  • Provide the necessary documents, including the CoE, proof of financial capacity, health insurance, and other supporting documents as required.
  • Pay the visa application fee and await a decision.

Arrange Accommodation and Travel

  • Start looking for accommodation options such as student housing, homestays, or rental properties near the college campus.
  • Make travel arrangements to Australia, including booking flights and organizing airport transfers if needed.

Attend Orientation

  • Prior to the start of the program, the college will provide an orientation program for new international students.
  • Attend the orientation sessions to familiarize yourself with the college facilities, academic policies, support services, and student life.
